This passion project explored the spice markets of Indonesia, documenting the colors, textures, and stories behind the ingredients that define the nation's cuisine. From turmeric's golden glow to the deep red of dried chilies, each spice carries centuries of tradition.

We worked with local spice traders who shared their knowledge, creating images that serve as both beautiful compositions and cultural documentation.
